The garden area is really nice to relax in.
Unfortunately, the room was quite outdated. there were noticeable cracks in the ceiling and worn-out furniture that didn't match the charming images online. I felt uncomfortable in the bathroom due to a lack of privacy. the 'window' overlooked the neighbor's backyard, which was quite disturbing. Additionally, I experienced inconsistent hot water, and one evening, rain leaked into the room, leaving my bedding damp during my stay.

the hotel has a quaint charm, and being just a 15-minute walk from the Museum of Cozumel and the Coral Reefs Monument allowed me to soak up the local culture and enjoy beautiful park views during my stay.

The spacious Queen Suite exceeded my expectations with a lovely balcony for morning coffee, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful pool area. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to assist with recommendations and luggage handling.
Some areas were a bit worn.
